Boxing and Karate Program
- Physical training is one of the most important things for children to have on a daily basis, alongside respect, obedience and proper manners.
- Our goal is to share with children the importance of listening the first time. First time saves time, and the time saved can be used in many ways.
- Chi Life fitness program for Kids is a way for them to develop confidence and self-control. Creating mindfulness, self-awareness and developing life skills and their hidden potential.
- We share boxing, and martial arts for coordination that develops their motor skills. We use a variety of stretching exercises to avoid injuries.
